@Lenny that’s a good catch; I’m mainly referring to the participants. Regarding the tips, I think a few concrete examples made a real difference, both when you presented the methodology to the facilitators and later during the workshop introduction to the participants.

Some thoughts on applying the Mission Mapping Tool in Western Macedonia, Greece:
